What you need to know to start...
CSRs questionnaires are web forms : you and your suppliers will fill in them directly in Convergence and add the right attachments. No need to "send" something.
A Specific RFI is more a kind of container in which you attach templates containing files (generally Excel files). A supplier will use this container to download empty template files and upload them back once he filled in what was requested.
All those Solvay CSR questionnaires and Ecovadis rates are now in one place, directly linked to the supplier.
Pre-packaged Reports Last but not least, a bunch of reports can help you manage those documents.
