General Description

Capability to see the amount to be due in the current month
and within the next two months' time. There is further breakdown by the
and in the future and amount in overdue at the current date.
  • Details of Cash Due by period

Calculation 
Capex Staged Payables
Sum the total of amount of posted invoices already GR which are ready for payment. It split the amount by age due in months and days.
  • At the current date, details of Cash Due by period (current month, M+1, M+2 and > M+2), Overdue and Cash Future by GBU, plant and Project.

Is the amount that is estimated to be due in the future, based on the Net Due Date
Overdue
Is the amount that is estimated to be overdue already, based on the Net Due Date
Cash future
Is the amount that at some point will have to be paid. This includes :
  • Amount of PO's not yet received
  • Amount of invoices not yet paid
  • Amount received but yet invoiced
    Cash Due + Overdue
