This OP aims to show how a declaration of imports of substances covered by the Montreal Protocol IBAMA website

3. Tasks description
The Ministry of the Environment is the focal point in Brazil for actions to protect the ozone layer and implementation of the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer. Under its coordination, projects, initiatives and activities are implemented for the elimination of substances that harm the ozone layer and, with its technical support, Brazil participates in international negotiations on the subject in order to fulfill the goals established by the Montreal Protocol.
To maintain this control, all movements with substances controlled by the Montreal Protocol are declared monthly on the IBAMA website, in this procedure you will see how to declare the Sales and Imports of these substances.

This activity is carried out monthly
3.2. Declaration of the Montreal Protocol
We receive monthly from Servimex by Lethicia Cunha or Niege Gonçalves the report with the movements of Imports, if it is not sent, ask for the report with the movements in the email: niege.goncalves@servimex.com.br , the report with the National Movements must be extracted from SAP.
3.2.1. Extracting the National Sales report
Log in to SAP in Portuguese
Transaction: ZWOC30
Variant: IBAMA
Date: Previous month (For example in June we declare May data)
Extract the report to excel:
Separate the report by activity/substance, see this information in the column “Desc. Sector” in SAP identified in column B of excel:

Exemplo:
On the Ibama website, quantities must always be reported in Kg, so you must convert all materials that have quantities in Tons to kg.

Click “SERVIÇO” after in “MONTREALv3 Protocolo Montreal”
You will be directed to another page:
Go to “declarações” – “Vendas” – “Unitária”.
Click on “Cadastrar”
Fill:
- month and year
- IBAMA code according to what was named by substance in the Excel tab.
The composition will automatically pull
- Mark the origin as: NEW
- Put the amount in KG (which has been multiplied by 1000)
- Add the CNPJ
- Add company name
Click on save
Extract in excel to check if the values are in accordance with SAP.
Save to PDF and add to Drive
3.2.3. Monthly quota conference
Monthly extract updated PDF with the quotas automatically posted on the IBAMA website
