Step-By-Step
STEP 1
When creating an Internal Visit, tick the "Private" checkbox in the Information section
For an already existing Internal Visit, open it and :
1- Tick box “Private”
2- Click on the “Save” button
STEP 2
The document is now private, visible only by the Owner.
In order to share it with other user:
1- from the Visit Minute Detail, Click on "Sharing"
STEP 3
Click on “Add"
STEP 4
1-In View menu Search Select “User”
2- Choose a user name and click on the right arrow to add them in the "Share with".
3- In View menu Access Level select “Read only" or "Read/Write”
4- Click on "Save"
