AppSheet - License Management / Application Types

These are the AppSheet roles at Solvay

• AppSheet Owner
  • User who create the AppSheet application

• AppSheet Developer
  • User with permissions to edit the AppSheet application

• AppSheet User
  • User with permissions to execute application
    
    

Any user who use an AppSheet application counts as licensed user. Application owners should try to optimize the access to AppSheet applications. 

Applications shared with more than 100 users should be validated, to verify if there are enough available licenses.

Public applications are not allowed.
