    1. Specify which CORPORATE GROUP he/she belongs to
    2. Specify which ACCOUNT he/she belongs to
    3. Specify user information
    4. Specify type of access required (CEP only | CEP + solvay-ecommerce)
  3. CRM Champion raise freshdesk ticket
