AS-IS:

  1. Champion gets a list of users
  2. In CRM:
    1. Check if name exists in CONTACT
    2. If yes and more than one contact found, indicate "Multiple contact found"
    3. If yes and only one contact found, copy over CRM values into User Creation Template
      1. Name
      2. Email address
      3. Country
      4. Language
      5. Related GBU
      6. CRM Contact ID (found in the URL)
      7. Check if ACCOUNT's CORPORATE GROUP has already been roll out:
        1. If yes, copy over CRM values into User Creation Template
          1. Corporate Group
          2. Account Name
          3. PRS ID
          4. RCS ID
        2. If no, indicate cannot create user as "Account is not in the allowed Corporate Group"
    4. If no, indicate for "New contact creation"
  3. In solvay-ecommerce, share template (list of users) with SAP solvay-ecommerce team (Arthur):
    1. Check if user exist in solvay-ecommerce system
    2. If yes, copy over solvay-ecommerce userid into column "Federation ID" into User Creation Template
    3. If no, indicate "N/A" in column "Federation ID"

CEP User Access Management Process


 

 

 

 Action: Proceed to "New CRM Contact creation procedure"

 Action:

  • Feedback to requestor
  • Provide all records found for a given user
  • Ask him/her to select which contact to use

 Action:

  • Copy CRM values into User Creation Template
  • Fields to be copied:
    • Name
    • Email address
    • Country
    • Language
    • Related GBU
    • CRM Contact ID (found in the URL)

 

 Action: Proceed to "New Partner Account activation procedure"

Once Partner Account has been activated, proceed to User Creation step.

Action:

  • Copy CRM values into User Creation Template
  • Fields to be copied:
    • Account name
    • PRS ID
    • RCS ID

 

 Action: Proceed to "How to attach CRM Account to a Corporate Group procedure"

Once CRM Account has been attached to a Corporate Group, follow Partner Account activation step

Action:

  • Copy CRM values into User Creation Template
  • Fields to be copied:
    • Corporate Group
