Use the Account owner report that you can find at the side bar of your home page to search for the current account owner of your accounts. Then, send the person an email to transfer your accounts to you.
If you own accounts in Salesoforce.com that are not yours and you know who is the right account owner or you are asked to transfer the ownership: Go to the account and follow the instructions in this link .

You have to create a draft account in salesforce and send it to the sales and marketing team.

If you want to type a long text , you could re-size any of the text box (eg summary or details…) by using the small slashed right corner at the bottom of the text box. You need to have installed Google Chrome to have this feature available. Please contact your local Help Desk to have this browser installed on your pc. 

First, confirm if the account you want to create exists in SFDC through the search functionality. Then, click on create new account and choose Non SAP Customer as he will be created with one of the following partner types: prospect, non buying entity or indirect customer.

Click on the button « Convert Prospect to Customer » and fill in the required information.

You should include all those that have a direct or indirect interaction with the customer. Always include your CSR.

This can be caused by the confidentiality. In this case you need to ask the account owner to add you in the account team.

For a Non SAP account, the account owner is the account manager who created it. His responsibility is to ensure that the account information is properly maintained.

For a SAP account, the account owner is "Admin". That means that the ownership is shared between the Sales Managers of the Account team.
