I do not see any search results ?

Such blank display could be linked to limited rights for a given end user to access the search results or a temporary technical issue disabling the search

in both case, Contact sbs-is-appli-help@solvay.com stating on which sinequa search you are having display issue.

I have problem opening the document in Sinequa ?

This problem is related to the source of the document. For example you are opening a document from Documentum server and the service on Documentum is problematic. Thus you are able to search and find the result, but you are not able to open/download the document. You can identify this problem by observing the URL (if the URL does not contains "-search", this mean that the service from the document source is having issue).

Contact sbs-is-appli-help@solvay.com stating on which source of document you are having issue accessing with the URL of the document.

This page can't be displayed ?

When you see this page, this can be the following reasons:

  • You are not connected to Solvay network.
  • Your network is down.
  • Sinequa is down.

In order to verify the following issue, perform the following troubleshooting:

  1. Try to access intranet sites like https://one.solvay.com. 
    1. If you are not able to access the site, it means that you are most likely not connected to Solvay network. Make sure you are connected to the Solvay network.
    2. If not, proceed to the next step.
  2. Try to access other web sites or web applications. 
    1. If you can't access any of the web sites or web applications, contact your Infra service desk for support. 
    2. If not, proceed to the next step.
  3. Try to access the search page with another person account. 
    1. If the person is also see the same error, contact sbs-is-appli-help@solvay.com to escalate the issue. 
  4. If none of the steps above help, contact sbs-is-appli-help@solvay.com to escalate the issue and shared on the results of the steps taken above.
