Why don't I see documents my colleague is able to display ?
Each user has unique rights within Sinequa. Some items can't be seen because of the users' rights applied on the indexed documents.
Contact sbs-is-appli-help@solvay.com stating on which sinequa search (URL) you are having display rights issue.
Why do some box filters disappear after a selection?
The rule is that if a box contains one filter element only, the box won't be displayed.
Additionally, if you select a fliter from a box, this one will disappear afterward.
