General Description

The Analytics Dashboard was developed alongside the CRM project and is designed to facilitate analysis and reporting of data related to the following areas:

S&OP Overview:

This section displays an overview of the Supply Chain planning operations on a monthly basis starting with an S&OP Graph giving an overview and the detailed graphs regarding; Sales, Shipments, and Supply.

S&OP Monitoring:

This section displays the same KPIs but focusing on monitoring the current month's data and referencing those to the previous month. You will find the complete Scheduling Adherence graph as well as details on Forecast Adherence, Shipping Adherence, Production Adherence and Inventory status.

 This section also displays the above KPIs however here in table form to provide the data in detail down to Resource level.
