If any user wants to access data from from an Idea which is confidential then we should inform the user that confidential Ideas are only open to Idea Manager and Local Admin and also ask the user reason to access the confidential Idea. Once we receive a reply from the user we should get validation from the Tenant owners and provide the necessary access as per their suggestion.
