If any user wants to access data from from an Idea which is confidential then we should login via super admin account and find the idea.
inform the user that confidential Ideas are only open by the respective member assigned to that idea and also ask the user valid justification to access the confidential Idea.
Once we receive a reply from the user we should get validation from the Idea owner or tenant owner / admin and provide the necessary access as per their suggestion.
