1/ Definition
Number (or percentage) of created notifications during the last week classed by priority.It allows quantifying the production demand.
The indicator shows the evolution in production demand and priorities.
2/ Objective / Target
There is no target for the total number of notifications. Nevertheless there is a clear target for the rate of urgent notifications.
Depending on the site the target will be different so it should be possible to add manually the target and to show it visually in the indicator.
Example of a good target (Benchmark SolMaX):
- P0 P1 target: 10%
- P0 P1 P2 Target: 25%
- Neptune Target: 80%

5/ SAP extraction and detailed calculation
The list of created notifications during the last week is extracted from SAP. The only filter that we have to do is the notification date that should be dynamic and set to last week. Extraction should be done every Sunday late in the evening or on Monday of week W+1 early in the morning.
