Overview


In this section, you will find information about how to add customer contacts in the involved contacts of the opportunity. This functionality allows identifying key contacts that will have an influence in the opportunity process. For each contact, a “Role” defines the way the contact is involved on the deal (e.g. decision maker, technical buyer,...).

Step By Step


Define the power map 

He hoovers the Involved Accounts related list and clicks on New Involved Account to add ABB AG to the opportunity
 
 David clicks on the lookup icon to search for ABB AG. 
Once found, he clicks on the name and finally clicks on Save
Done! David has successfully added ABB AG to the opportunity. He then clicks on the button Back to Opportunity to get back to his opportunity record
