Step By Step

Find a contact can be done via different options:

Option 1
•Use the search box on the top of the screen and type contact name
•Then open the contact by clicking on the contact name

Option 2
•Open the accounts which the contact belongs to
•Then hover the related list Contact and open the contact by clicking on the contact name
