How to get SAP Access? 

Step-by-step guide

There are two steps to be followed to get SAP Access.

STEP 1 : First Download all the 6 Notepad's specified in the Link's below (Click on the link & save them in
                 specified path)

  1. saplogon.ini
  2.  saproute.ini
  3.  SapLogonTree.xml
  4.  saprules.xml
  5.  SAPUILandscape.xml
  6.  SAPUILandscapeGlobal.xml


STEP 2 :  Now all the file's(Downloaded file's) has to be imported into the path shown below :

                Goto  Start -> Computer -> C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\SAP\Common

                

                Once you have imported the file's, Just launch the Logon test to confirm and below screen shot

                should appear. 

             

Pre-requisite

All the members should have 7.40 GUI Version.

  • If you are unable to find AppData in the specified path(Under <username>), just make the following settings there :

    Goto Organize -> Folder & search Options, then you can see the screen shot shown below

     

    Now switch to VIEW tab & select "Show hidden files" radiobutton. So that you can see the hidden items.

    So, that you can see AppData folder in the path!.
