Step-By-Step

 

 

How create task, use grouping field


STEP 1


Account Owner you can  Create “New task

1- In Tabs => Click on  “Accounts

2- In View Menus => Select “My Accounts

3- In  ListViews => Click on “AccountA R WILFLEY AND SONS

 

 

 


STEP 2


 Scroll down to the "Open Activities" related list and click in "New Task

 

 

 


STEP 3

- In the “Grouping field”, write the name of the Action Plan”

2- Choose for example “Commercial Follow-Up" in the field "Type” View menus

3- Choose the “due date” in the related field

4- Click on the "Status" field and choose "Open“

- Click on the "Subject" field and write the title of the task

- Click on the "Description" field and write the description of the task
7- Click on the "Root Cause" field and write the Root Cause of the task

8- Click on the "Comments" field and write some comments about the task
9- Type the name of the Visite Minute you are searching in the Lookup field. Click on it in the list

10- Click on the "GPS Axis" magnifier

11- Click on the "Name" magnifier (Click on the lookup field. Write the name of the contact or the supplier you are searching. Choose "All Fields" in the "Search" requirements under the lookup window. Click "Go!“)
 
12- Tick box on the "Create a Supplier Action" little square box to engage the supplier in the process

13- Desactivate the Reminder by clicking on the "Reminder" little square box

14- Click on "Save"
