With Convergence, you can create a new Visit Minute very quickly and share it with you colleagues and supplier contacts. Visite Minutes includes a private part for Solvay internal use: share only what is needed with your supplier.

What you need to know to start...
A Visit Minute has its own dedicated web forms in Convergence : no more Word documents. Just fill in the appropriate information in the platform and send the Visit Minute to your supplier contacts and to your colleagues. Email templates are available for this and are automatically generated with the visit information.
Through reporting, managers can find back Visit Minutes and classify them with green or red flags. Some of them can even be marked as Success Stories.
