5/ SAP extraction and Detailed calculation
For every Work issued from a Maintenance Plan completed the last week, the system compares the earliest date found on a Closing status* on the Work Order (GS45 or GS50 or GS55 or 6CMP or CNF or Reference date of the TECO), against the Required End date of the Notification OR against the Planned Date of the Call if there is no Notification.
*NB: This rule is the same used in the 2.12 Respect of Notification date, for Work order NOT issued from a Maintenance Plan
| Field name | From | To | I/E | ||
| WO "Closing" Status: GS45 or GS50 or GS55 or 6CMP or CNF or Reference date of the TECO of the WO | Monday (W-1) | Sunday(W-1) | I | ||
| Only Work Orders from Maintenance Plan | I | ||||
6/ Examples
1/ When Data are available in the Dashboard the Monday 29th of August, at the beginning of the Week 35
- firstly, the Graph shows for the past Week 34 that 27% (15 / 55) of Works issued from a Maintenance Plan have been realized (from 22th to 28th of August)
- secondly, the Graph shows for the current Week 35 that 49 Works should be realized (from 29th August to 4th of September, among which 4% are already done = Works anticipated)
2/ When Data are available in the Dashboard the Monday 5th of September, at the beginning of the Week 36
- The graph shows that 71% (37/52) of the Works planned Week 35 have been realized.
3/ in the BW Analytical Reporting, the report can display from aggregated level to detailed level, by Work orders.
For example, you can extract the list of Maintenance plans with the detailed Work Orders and/or Notifications that were not completed during the selected week
Case 1 : Maintenance Plan is NOT executed the good week
In this case, the Due Date of the Maintenance Plan = Planned Date because the Req. End Date in the notification is blank.
Case 2 : Maintenance Plan is executed the good week
In this case, the Due Date of the Maintenance Plan = Required End Date of the notification
