Don't open the downloaded CSV in Excel
Note that when the CSV data is finally downloaded (minute 1 of the screen cast), we do not open this file in Excel, but import it as a "Text" source. This method avoid some columns shifting which can occurs with a direct opening of a CSV file in Excel.
