Dairen is in plans to take off-stream a vinyl acetate monomer (VAM) plant for maintenance turnaround.
A Polymerupdate sourve in Taiwan informed that the plant is likely to be taken off-stream in mid-August 2014. It is likely to remain off-stream for around one month.
Located in Mailiao, Taiwan, the plant has a production capacity of 350,000 mt/year.
