AppSheet - How to migrate a user between domains

Go to AppSheet, log in and go to "My Apps". Then click on  and follow the AppSheet steps.

General Migration Strategy

This example will take the recent process that was done for Pax project.

Picking up a user that has a X@solvay.com and migrate into a new one to X@alsachimie.solvay.com.

Before migration each user X@solvay.com should do the following:

1. Have user X@solvay.com add X@alsachimie.solvay.com as a co-editor for all owned apps.  You can do this anytime, and the account X@alsachimie.solvay.com doesn't need to exist yet (it's just an invitation).
   
   

1. (optional) Add digital.chalampe@alsachimie.solvay.com or any other account you like as a co-editor.
2. Add any @alsachimie.solvay.com needed to the white list as users.  Again you can add those email addresses before those accounts have been created or transferred.
   
   

After Migration:

1. Have user X@alsachimie.solvay.com login and transfer any apps they own from X@solvay.com to X@alsachimie.solvay.com.  Since X@alsachimie.solvay.com will already be a co-editor on those apps they will be able to transfer them to themselves.
