How to validate a request in GRC

 

According to SAP GRC CUP Process, as a manager you are going to validate the requests for the users under your responsibility (creation/modification/deletion of user accounts in RCS).

You may access the CUP request either by clicking on the Link provided in auto-generated email sent to you when users submit their request.

1 - Select “User Logon” on the left of the screen :


2 - Enter in GRC tool with your user ID (same as Windows) + your specific GRC Password.

 

3 - If you need password, please contact SBS Support via portal.

You can also click on "Password self service" to reset your password automatically.

 

4 - You will see the requests waiting for your approval : Select one of them by clicking on the UR number

 

5 - Then execute the “Risk Analysis” (only for information), it will run the analysis


6 - Then select   “continue” and “submit”
