Problem
When you click on the Arrow icon in a dashboard, it does nothing when normally it should change the drill down, or propose a selection of dimensions to use.

Solution
This usually happens if you are using the "Full Browser" client instead of the "Internet Explorer Plug-In" client. The full browser uses java to display the dashboard and some functionalities don't work properly, or not the same way. See in the FAQ how to verify which client you are using and how to modify it.
