1) Once you've reached FreshDesk website, click onto Submit your request | |
2) Select IS Request in the list | |
3) You will then get to a form you'll need to fill in. - Write your subject and select Industrial and Planning (I&P) for your process.
- You will also need to select your application. For DynaSys you either have DynaSys DP or DynaSys DIP-PP. Select the one you are concerned about for your request.
- In the description part, you can write your explanation about your problem : what is it about ? How does it appear ? Does it appear every time ?
- You can also attach a file : screenshot or video to show us what it is
- And finally you will have to choose the priority for your request.
