Solvay SAP - SAP 7.40 Install / Uninstall

To install Solvay version of SAP (7.40 patch level 7)

1. Check if Cytec SAP (7.40 patch level 2 or any previous versions) is already installed in Programs & Features
2. If yes, manually uninstall it.
3. If installed, SAP BusinessObjects Analysis should also be removed.
4. Reboot
5. Log in to the computer with your credentials and run SAP GUI 7.40 Install (Profile02) from the Application catalog. When using the Application Catalog, be sure that you are the only user logged in to the computer.
   
   
   
   
6. Reboot at the end of installation.
   

To uninstall Solvay version of SAP:

***Uninstalling Solvay SAP manually will break the installation, making it impossible to reinstall SAP, so be sure to follow the below procedure!!!***

1. Open Application catalog with your Site IT credentials
2. Select SAP - Solvay and run SAP GUI 7.40 Uninstall
