The system interfaces with BAAN and Web Apps (Jumppad). SFI can be accessed via http://sfi.cytec.com (new NIST-compliant server) or http://fasrfg01/sfi/master/ (old, non-compliant server). The site only works from Internet Explorer.
After opening the link, users must clickClick Here to Restart Application and then log on with their Jumppad username and password.
The most important thing to capture the error message, the activity the client was attempting to perform, when the error occurred, and order / PO / PN / lot numbers.
