Overview
Convergence is the new place to manage your Actions and Benefits. With Convergence, you can track Performance and report Value Creation of Purchasing & Supply Chain to the Business. SATT is fully replaced by Convergence Value Creation. All your existing Actions and Benefits have been taken over in Convergence.

Convergence Value Creation replaces SATT
Old SATT is no longer in use (since October 15, 2017)
Convergence is the new place to manage your Value Creation
A dedicated app "Value Creation" is now part of Convergence
This new app is the starting point to manage your Actions and Benefits
All your Actions and Benefits were recovered in Convergence
What's new in Value Creation ?
Statuses "Draft" and "To be launched" are replaced by status "Idea". You can also apply a probability between 0 and 100% on Actions with an Idea status.
There is no longer any more validation of your Actions by the Managers.
Interactions between buyers and their managers can now take place in Chatter, a powerful way to discuss and comment on an Action for example.
Benefits amounts were simplified : there are only an Expected amount and an Obtained amount
What doesn't change in Value Creation ?
All the rest does not change in Value Creation compared to SATT
If you feel comfortable with SATT, this will be the same with Convergence Value Creation

Value Creation workflow is more straightforward. Remember that manager validation is suppressed for example
