Qliksense Access management

We have different dashbaords(Apps) available in Qliksense.

Note:Only for SPM DAshboard access

Once access is provided we need to update the SPM-Qliksense Google spreadsheet document

Steps for Access creation

Step 1: Open the Qliksense QMC production link

Step 2: Navigate to USER tab.

Step 3: Under the user tab we can see the list of users available in Qliksense.

Step 4: Under the search option, type the user name or user ID of the user after which the user will be listed.

Step 5: We can also search multiple user at a time by using the option available.

Step 6: In order to provide or update the user's access, double click and open the user.

Step 7: After opening the user, navigate to Custom Properties tab

Step 8: Under the APP Viewer tab update the user access with the role.

Step 9: Save it by clicking on Apply.

ADMIN access(Only for QlikTeam)

For ADMIN access please update the Profile Tab with "IT"

And update APP tab with "ALL"
