No. For the Customer Support Knowledge Base, all Solvay employee is able to view the content unless there is page restriction on certain pages.

First, you would have to check if you are using Solvay Network. If not, please kindly connect to VPN. Otherwise, the page you tried to access may have a page restriction. Please kindly contact SBS Support if you are not able to access the page you wish to view.

First, the external users will require to have their accounts created in Wiki. To do this, please kindly contact SBS Support.

An email with username and password will be sent to the user's email. For the external user, they will be required to login via the following URL before access any part of the Wiki.
