After an Excel crash, the Analysis menu is no longer visible.
Problem: After a Microsoft Excel crash, you reopened Analysis but the Analysis bar is no longer visible in the menu.
Solution: To solve this you need to re-active the Analysis plug-in which has been deactivated by Excel.
- Press the Microsoft Office Button in Microsoft Office 2007.
- Choose File in Microsoft Office 2010.
- In Microsoft Excel, press Excel Options.
- In the "Excel Options" dialog box and in the "PowerPoint Options" dialog box in the categories pane, select Add-Ins.
- In the Manage box, select Disabled Items.
- Press Go.
- In the "Disabled Items" dialog box, select the Analysis Add-In.
- Press Enable.
- In the Manage box, select COM Add-Ins.
- Press Go.
