How can I share an event internally?


iSource is a collaborative tool that enables sharing internally both with your team & with your internal client.

You can share both Full Source & Quick Source events.



A. Sharing a Full Source event:


STEP 1

Access "My Events" and on the given event, access the "Action" button on the left side of the page.

STEP 2

drop-down menu will appear from which you can select "Share Event".



STEP 3

A pop-up window will be displayed from which you can select the users you want to share the event with and once selected "Apply" your choice.

STEP 4

The event will be shared with the selected users and they will receive an email notification from the tool.



B. Sharing a Quick Source event:


STEP 1

Access the Quick Source module through the Hamburger Menu or the push button on "My Events" page.

STEP 2

On the QuickSource page, you have two options to share an event.


Option 1:

  1. Use the 3 dots button to see your actions menu
  2. Use "Add a Collaborator"
  3. Type your collaborator address to find the contact you are looking for & "Add" them to your QuickSource request.

Option 2:

  1. When you create the inquiry or when accessing it you can "invite internal collaborators
  2. Type in their email address and add them by clicking on the "+" button.
