How to create a group of suppliers in iSource?


iSource offers the possibility to create your own Suppliers Contact Groups. This functionality is especially helpful during the collect stage to invite a specific list of suppliers to the tender as your recurrent suppliers will already be shortlised.

Please note that those group can be shared with team members.




STEP 1

To create a group, from the "Hamburger Menu", access "iSource" > "Manage Users and Suppliers" and click on "Supplier Contact Groups"

STEP 2

This will take you to a page where are displayed your groups and the one shared with you.

To create a new group click on "Create Group".

STEP 3

Indicate the desired Group Name  and submit the information to create the group.

STEP 4

To add your Suppliers and team member to the group, click on "Edit" on the right side under the Action column.

STEP 5

Click on "Add Supplier Contacts" and "Add Internal Users" to create the group.

STEP 6

Each tab will take you to a display where you can select Suppliers / Internal users accordingly.

Search is made easier with filters as well as standard search functionalities.

Once suppliers/Internal users are selected, click on "Add" at the bottom of the page.

STEP 7

To finalize the completion of the group, click on "Submit".
