Due to the restricted number of licences, it is important to share your board carefully.
Here are the steps to share your board:
- Click on the button "Share" on the top of your screen:
2. A pop up window is open. Click on "No access" at the end of "Anyone with the link". You will see different options.
3. If you click on "Can edit". A "Set password" appears on the right. We advise you to set it up to ensure security of your data:
You can edit the password later on if needed:
4. Share the link to your participants. Click on "copy board link" and share it outside Miro directly to your contacts.
WARNING: Do not add emails in the first line. Why? without a licence, access won't be granted.
However, by copying the board and sending by email or chat will give an access without a licence.
