To know if you, or a colleague, have a licence, here are the steps:

  1. Go to Miro and click on the star wheel "Solvay all" in the home page, on the top of your screen:

2. A new page will open in a new tab. You are in the settings of the team. As a non admin user, you can only see and do limited things.

You can have access to the list of users of Miro and have a look at the type of licence. If you can access Miro, it means that you have a licence, but it doesnt mean that you have the right licence to edit boards.

Click on "active users" to see the list.

3.  You can now see all the users. You can directly search for your name or your colleague's name. In front of each user, you can see the type of licence

Full: user has edit access so you can add them to your board.

Free: user has not yet edit access but if you invite him/her to your board, she/he will become automatically full user and will be able to edit your board

Free restricted: due to a long period of time of inactivity within Miro, this user doesn't have edit access anymore but can view and comment only. You need to request a licence for this user if you want him/her to collaborate in your board.
