1 - All attributes and changes performed by JC and CAPG team from today on must be performed in DEV (and QA at the same time if you want) and only after pushed to PROD
2 - JC, could you please provide access to Matthieu as ADM in DEV environment
3 - JC will update asap the Data Model 0.5 with all attributes created recently
4 - Pascal will send to Luís and JC the mapping list for the attributes imported from 098/078 and Icare and Luís/JC will perform the mapping in the Gsheet for 0.5 version - As soon this is done share the updated Gsheet with Matthieu
5 - Pascal will check some issues detected on values coming from 078 file and as soon as this is solved in PROD and QA I will book a session to ask CAPG team to do a manual import of PROD to DEV (reverse work shadowing CAPG performs the action and Pascal assist to it to ensure the necessary steps were followed). So this way all data and attributes created recently only in QA and PROD (if any) will be also available in DEV.
All these actions are necessary to ensure that Matthieu and Pascal can have the DEV environment updated and aligned with PROD before starting performing in DEV the changes for the new project.
All changes for the new project will be performed 1st in DEV after being replicated to QA by Pascal or CAPG (depending on the kind of attribute or change) and only later will we have them imported to PROD.
@Surendran Devaraj-ext, if your team created any attribute or rule or other change just in QA and not yet in PROD please ask them to replicate the same in DEV.
