SDP platform hosted by Shibumi contains sensitive information constituting the business and technological assets of the SOLVAY Group (hereinafter “Solvay Confidential Information”).

All Solvay Confidential Information you have access to in the SDP platform are intended for your sole and exclusive use within the limits of your job assignment and/or function responsibilities. Solvay Confidential Information, and any excerpt thereof, shall be kept confidential at all times, shall not be shared via any means with any other person, including internal stakeholders, nor stored onto any PC or portable data storage devices, except to the extent needed within the limits of your job assignment and/or function responsibilities. In case of any doubts about the classification of the information and permitted use, please refer to the Solvay Data Classification Policy. The obligations hereunder will continue to apply after access to the SDP platform is terminated.  

For SDP platform users, data subject to export control cannot be stored and/or accessed via Shibumi. Military and Dual Use controlled technology / technical data cannot be stored, shared or transmitted through this application. If you have any doubt about the export classification of your technical data, please refer to your GBU Trade Compliance Correspondent.
