- Go to Fields and Forms then Field Library and click "Create new business field"
- When selecting the field type, choose the most versatile option (Decimal for numbers and TreeSelect for checklists) in case the use for this field is updated in the future
- Note: the field type can not be changed after the field is created
- The forms and categories the field is used in will be shown at the bottom of the field details screen
