Scope


  • Partial transfer of the assets business in Tavaux under BFC activity GYAE (ASSETS ENERGY) from Energy into a new BFC activity under Speciality Polymers GBU
  • For the part of the business running in PF1, it represents almost 100% of the activities and it impacts 2 company codes in France: 6080 (SOLVAY FRANCE S.A.) and 6314 (COGEN TAVAUX)
  • For the business running in WP1, we need to transfer all the activities linked to the 8169 plant ( cost centers, WBS, assets...)
