Qliksense Access management

We have different dashbaords(Apps) available in Qliksense.

Once access is provided we need to update the SPM-Qliksense Google spreadsheet document

General Steps to provide access to dashbaords in Qliksense

Steps for Access creation

Step 1: Open the Qliksense QMC production link

Step 2:

For example, we take SPM dashboard.

SPM application is published in the SDE stream. Edit the app.

Now, you see the value associated to the application in the Custom Properties section.

Step 3: Navigate to USER tab.

Step 4: Under the user tab we can see the list of users available in Qliksense.

Step 5: Under the search option, type the user name or user ID of the user after which the user will be listed.

(the search by name is not 100% reliable).

Step 6: We can also search multiple user at a time by using the option available.

Step 7: In order to provide or update the user's access, double click and open the user.

Step 8: After opening the user, navigate to Custom Properties tab

Step 9: Under the APP Viewer tab update the user access with the role.

Step 10: Save it by clicking on Apply.

ADMIN ACCESS PROCESS

ADMIN access(Only for QlikTeam)

For ADMIN access please update the Profile Tab with "IT"

And update APP tab with "ALL"
