ERP System (Solvay Legacy) - Introduction

The ERP system used for Solvay legacy system is mainly SAP. Transactional records are maintained by individual Global Business Unit (GBU) respectively. The SAP system maintained under Solvay legacy systems are known as PF1 in short. Following are subsets of SAP functions/modules used in PF1 environment.

Apart from PF1 server, we have other servers listed in the Solvay legacy environment to support various needs.

Server Name	Purpose
PF1	House day-in, day-out business transactional data on a real-time basis
SF1	Duplicate of PF1 server, used mainly for simulation or testing purposes
PQ1	Business warehouse server. Data are transferred from PF1 to PQ1 via process chains
SQ1	Duplicate of PQ1 server, used mainly for simulation or testing purposes
PI1	CICC, WARP
SI1	Duplicate of PI1 server, used mainly for simulation or testing purposes
