ONE HOMEPAGE - VISITOR'S INFORMATION
  • ONE homepage displays visitor's information: Name + Entity (GBU/SITE) + Country + Site
  • This information comes from GUDSIS 

 

Some visitors might not see their Entity.

This is because the Entity that they belong to does not correspond to a Space in Solvay ONE.

You can access directly to the Entity / Country / Site Space in Solvay ONE homepage if they exist (clickable when mouse roll-over).

It will not be clickable if the Space is not available in Solvay ONE.

 

 

ONE HOMEPAGE - UPDATE STREAMS
  • ONE homepage also displays Update streams of your ENTITY / COUNTRY / SITE
  • Corporate news will also be pushed to all visitors in the homepage
  • The colour band of each update stream indicates whether the update streams come from ENTITY (orange), COUNTRY/SITE (yellow) and CORPORATE (blue)

 

In the future enhancements of Solvay ONE, you might be able to subscribe or unsubscribe to other Update streams.

PROCEDURE

Incorrect information?

For Internal employees:

  1. Contact AskHR to update in HR system
  2. HR system will then update GUDSIS
  3. GUDSIS will update ONE automatically

For External contractors:

  1. Contact local ServiceDesk to update GUDSIS information - see contacts
  2. GUDSIS will update ONE automatically
