Purpose
When we add a new Chromebox in Solvay network we have to make a request for firewall rule (the Chromebox may access to external website) and Ipanema optimisation.
The request is sent by mail to WAN operations and GTO security.

Subject:
ChromeBox for Signage - Request Firewall and Ipanema optimization
Body:
Hello dear teams,
We have here after some Chromeboxes to register in the Solvay network and in the Signage Application. As usual, such stations need to cross also the outbound firewalls based on their fixed IP address.
As a reference, we give you an older Firewall ticket request number that was : 2016112505712.
The request is exactly the same just changing the source IP address.
So, here are the parameters of the Chromebox to register both on outbound Firewall and in Ipanema for traffic optimization.
Site : France.RIC Aubervilliers
New IP addresses to allow
- TCP port 80/443 to ANY on Internet
- Hostname 1: FRPH2-XXXX
- IP: X.19.9.9
- Netmask : 255.255.255.224
- Gateway : X.19.9.1
- DNS servers : X.121.137.30 - X.121.0.6
- Mac address : XXXXXXXXX
- Local VLAN : xxxxx
- Hostname 2:
- ...
Thank you confirming the request by sending back the Firewall/Ipanema request ticket number.
We remind you that we track all requests and Chromeboxes in this file you may use as a reference :
