  • Users to create a support Service One depending on the requests type below:

    • Request/Building new Google App Script

      • Goto "Report an IT incident or request an evolution" → "Application Evolution (non-SAP)".
      • Within the form, fill up all the fields.
        Under the field "Application", select "google apps script" and submit the request.


    • Request support on existing Google App Script

      • Goto "Report an IT incident or request an evolution" → "Report an IT Application/Software incident".
      • Within the form, fill up all the fields.
        Under the field "Affected Application", select "google apps script" and submit the request.
      • Fill up the correct "Urgency" for the request.
