  • Any access in QV user must fill and raise a request only via Qualtrics form (https://solvay.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe2/form/SV_9MjnvJNmiv4W1BH)
  • L0 will need to contact the Approver and approval from validator is mandatory
  • If user report on any issue with the access , please request the user to provide screenshot of error message & the dashboard details 
  • In case of HR Dashboard tickets,  please transfer this ticket directly to L1 NONSAP queue
