Q: How do I check the availability of a Meeting Room?
A: Please visit this site, where it's possible to see all the meeting rooms in Bollate, Ospiate, and Spinetta Marengo, in order to check their location, and their availability! To book one of them, it's possible using Google Calendar:
- once an event is created, it's possbile clicking on the "Guest" section, seleting the "Room" section:
- By default, the available meeting rooms (not already reserved during the meeting time) will be selected!
- Select one and add it to your Calendar Event
- You've successfully booked a meeting room!
