Presentation of the roles of the Analytical  Module : 

Roles :  Analytical ModuleDESCRIPTION
Requester

Requester can be external or internal.

He is allowed to create new request, enter related samples (and sometimes tests to perform), submit request to analysts. 

He receive an email when the report linked to the request he submitted is published. He can see this report in OneLims.

Requester Poweruser 

Same as Requester

 Possibility to add an analytical method to his samples

Lab user (Analyst) 

An Lab User is an analyst that works in the lab and who will perform the analysis.

He can accept a request, receive and assign tests, create a worksheet and write Reports. 

Lab Superviser

Same as Lab user (Analyst)

+ Possibility to cancel the tests, samples and requests 

Lab Manager

Same as Lab Superviser 

+ Access to the activity Dashboard and KPIs

Roles : Equipment ModuleDESCRIPTION 
Equipment Reader

He can see Equipments of his default location, he can't modify it 

He can book some equipments and create interventions

He can't schedule interventions 

Equipment Manager

He can see equipment of his default location and modify equipments of his organization

He can book some equipments, create interventions and schedule interventions 

Global Equipment Manager

The Global Equipment Manager gives permission to transverse users like HSE or Facilities to edit all equipments of his default location whatever his organization

He can book some equipments, create interventions and schedule interventions

Roles : Chemical ModuleDESCRIPTION 
Inventory Reader

He can see all chemical references and products

He can only see batches and fractions of his default location  

He can not create anything, but just open and put to waste a fraction 

Inventory User

He can see all chemical references and products

He can create and manage batches & fractions of his default location

Inventory Manager

He can create chemical references and products and submit for approval to the HSE Manager of his site

He can create and manage batches & fractions of his default location

He have access to the inventory menu 

He can not modify a chemical reference or a product already approved 

Reception ManagerHe can handle the reception of batch & fractions
HSE Manager

He can create chemical references and products

He can approve or reject the creation of the chemical references and products

He can create and manage batches & fractions of his default location

He have access to the inventory menu
