Connect to the home page SOLVAY and click on "Service one digital Workplace"



Select " Report Application/software Incident"  the third box in the image on  Service one

Fill in the form to submit an incident

  1. Check the 2 boxes to access the form
  2. Fill in the mandatory fields and select the affected application, and then, you submit the request. 



 


  • Once the Request is submitted, the team receive a notification to solve the problem. 
  • The ticket creator is notified when the problem is solved or if we need more information.
