• JOB MAKER is a guided online tool that helps me discover what makes me unique, reflect on my career accomplishments, pitch my career in 3 minutes, think about the future, and prepare for my next steps.
• The Career Catalyst program blends digital content and live sessions to help me understand the importance of career planning, get to know myself better, assess my career motivations, take ownership of my career, and create a career vision while interacting with my peers.
• Register interest in a future cohort of A-Effect.  A-Effect is a virtual program for women, aimed at helping them identify and articulate their career ambition.

Boost My Visibility in Syensqo

• I update my Talent Profile in My HR Services, including my experience, accomplishments, and aspirations in order to ensure that I am considered for future opportunities within Syensqo.

• Join and engage in an ERG, Citizens Day, or other social events.
• Proactively reach out and network with others in response to Syensqo ONE articles (welcome newcomers, congratulate promotions, ask questions about recent achievements, etc.)
• Volunteer to be a reverse mentor, mentor, champion, or ambassador of various initiatives.
• Seek and approach others in aspirational roles for "Get to Know" chats (30 minutes to explore their career, learnings, and advice)
• Join in Connected Coffee chats.

• • E-Learn More in CrossKnowledge unlocks access to modules on a variety of topics that I can choose and complete at my own pace.

Learn a Language

• In a check-in meeting, I discuss with my manager whether mastering a (new) language is key for my daily job (learn more about the Rosetta Stone Platform here).

Perform At My Best…

• • Understanding Syensqo's At My Best Behaviors helps me connect with Syensqo's purpose, and understand what is expected of me as part of Syensqo's Performance Culture.

Mind My Well-being

• During times of change, our mental well-being can suffer from increased stress and demands. I can take advantage of the well-being webinars and workshops that Syensqo has recently launched, as well as the Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) that are available to all Syensqo employees. I can always speak up, share my doubts and express my feelings.

Learn about My Role in Sustainability

I can participate in the Sustainability E-Learning in YOUGrow. The Program is composed of four modules: Climate, Nature, Sustainable Business, and Social Responsibility.  In order to act all together, we need to not only understand what is happening but also understand what Syensqo has put in place to make our One Planet a better place for future generations. The courses help us understand what is at stake and why it is so important to act now.
